The daily practices typically range from 15–30 minutes, and you’re welcome to move through each week over two or even three weeks if that feels more supportive for you.
The Daily Devotion practice is short (around 5 minutes) and completely optional. You’re encouraged to move at a pace that feels nourishing and sustainable — not rushed or overwhelming.
This journey honours cycles, rest, and real life. With lifetime access, you’re free to return to the practices whenever you’re called - again and again.
